Bertha M. Morrill (1893-1920) was born in 1893 to Henry Sumner "Teddy" Morrill (1855-?) and Caroline L. (Gott) Morrill at Gotts Island, Maine.

Bertha first married Richard W. Judkins (1865-) of Stonington, Maine, on February 4, 1915 at Gotts Island. She married second Harold Libby Jones (1892-1964) of Dover, Maine, on October 26, 1917 at Gotts Island. Bertha M. (Morrill) Judkins Jones died in 1920 from flu contracted while nursing patients in a flu epidemic at Gotts Island, Maine.
