In 1922 Fred Sidney Mayo sold the property on which his shop was located at 45 Clark Point Road (Map 6 - Lot 114) back to George Harmon (1875-1942) from whom he had bought the land. He then built his house and, later, his new carpentry shop on his property at 8 Wesley Avenue.
