When “Uncle Jimmy’s” great nephew, Ralph Warren Stanley, and Charles Morrill went out to photograph “The Boiler” in 2009, they pulled seaweed away from the top and found the hole where the eyebolt had been inserted.

"The Boiler" started out at the end of Fish Point on Great Cranberry at approximately Latitude: N 44º 15' - Longitude: W 68º 15' - near the dock at the far right background of the photograph.
