Elizabeth Foster (Kelley) Barrows was born to James K. Kelley IV (1859-1939) and Mary Lois Hodgdon (1963-1954) on September 26, 1893 in Tremont, Maine. She married Carl Wilson Barrows (1887-1972) on February 7, 1923 in Tremont. During her childhood, Elizabeth lived at 308 Tremont Road, Map 3 – Lot 62, in Tremont. Elizabeth died on July 26, 1976 in Bangor, Maine and was buried at Mount Height Cemetery in Southwest Harbor, Maine.
