Augusta “Gussie” M. Grindle was born to George H. and Abbie Leona Grindle in 1879 in Maine. Augusta married Clayton Everett Gilley (1877-1934), son of George H. and Abbie L. (Buckminster) Gilley. Augusta “Gussie” M. (Grindle) Gilley died in 1931 in Tremont, Maine.
