“Maurice C. Marshall was born at Ellsworth in 1883. Mr. Marshall operated a barber shop at Seal Harbor for ten years and at Southwest Harbor for nine years. Maurice C. Marshall (1883-1956) married Marguerite M. Bagley (1883-1955). One of their sons was Roscoe C. Marshall (1911-1968) who married Elsie Phillips (1905-1988), daughter of Dr. Joseph Dana Phillips.
Mr. Marshall may have rented A.L. Gilley's Barber Shop on Clark Point Road.
