Herbert "Bert" Perry Richardson (1863-1938) was born on June 27, 1863 to Perry Washington Richardson and Francis A. (Robinson) Richardson in Tremont, Maine. Herbert first married Ella May Stanley (1866-1916), daughter of Benjamin W. Stanley and Ellen Matilda (Bickford) Stanley. Herbert married Mary Melissa Norwood (1873-1956), daughter of Lemuel S. Norwood and Mildred (Gott) Norwood, on June 20, 1919 in Tremont. Herbert Perry Richardson died in 1938 in Bass Harbor, Maine.
